This villa, requested by a private client, has been constructed near Maastricht. The house will be implemented in an established residential area. On the street the house is characterized by a relatively introverted character, unlike the rear, which gives a wide open view to the garden. The center of the house is a big kitchen from which the large covered terrace is accessible. Furthermore, the house uses a bright modern design within a palette of three materials. Dark stucco, wood and stone alternate in a harmonious whole.
